"Oh, Hey... ..." (Yusuke)
As I (Yusuke) was about to exit the shrine, I met the girl with pure white hair. She begin to ran away. While screaming in fear.
(I was trying to start a conversion only ... ...)Though lightly dented, I begin to pick up the fruits and bouquet which the girl dropped. Apparently it seems like these were similar to the "offerings" in the stone chamber.
"Was that child trying to place the offerings ... ...?" (Yusuke)
I remembered the eerie image of the statue and wondered was I mistaken because I was wearing the offerings clothes? I tried looking at my own appearance and realize that, I at least do not look like the statue on the altar which doesn't seem like a man or a monster. Maybe I appeared to be a suspicious person.
"Hmmmm"
I (Yusuke) let out a sigh while looking out towards the vicinity. It seems like a quiet place with tall and moderate height trees surrounding the area. Although it may seems alittle dark, but it is not dense enough to allow me to see through to the other side.
It seems like the stone chamber is located in the centre of the clearing surrounded by a forest of trees. Somehow the solemn atmosphere reminded me of the precincts of the shrine back home. In the direction which the girl went, there was a small animal trail in between the trees that leaded to the outside.
"Shall I head over"
There was no point staying over here, thus I begin to walk towards the trail. As I was suddenly being thrown into a weird place due to a paranormal incident, right now I am in the middle a progressive form of a strange situation, for the time being I should try to speak with that person so as to better understand my current situation.
If that girl just now is able to come here alone, there shouldn't be any danger in the vicinity.
"Teacher! Teacher Zeshald - - " (Sun)
"Sun?" (Zeshald)
While walking along the small path towards the small shrine Zeshald saw Sun running over from the direction of the forest with a shock face. Being spook at being chased by something, she leap and cling onto the arms of Zerald. Before Zerald arrived to this village there was once a outlaw god skill fellow who came to cause trouble, so in order to find out what happen zerald stroke Sun's hair to calm her down.
"What happened?" (Zeshald)
"Teacher! Evil God ... Form the Shrine A Black Evil God" (Sun)
"... ... Evil God?" (Zeshald)
What actually happened? Zeshald looks towards the trail in which led into the forest, and watch as a figure of a human appears from the distant.
"Black ... ... is it?" (Zeshald)
Looking back from the back of Zeshald's shoulder, Sun was shaking in fear as there was "a person in black hair" standing at the entrance of the forest. Those who are blessed by the god are known as God Skill people, their hair and eye color will be basked by the god's color.
Those who receives the blessings of the God of Fire “Volnar” are known as the flame technique people their color is red.
Those who receives the blessings of the God of Water “Shalnar” are known as the water technique people their color is blue.
Those who receives the blessings of the God of Earth “Zalnar” are known as earth technique people their color is yellow.
Those who receives the blessings of the God of wind “Fyolnar” are know as wind technique people their color is green.
Those who does not receive any blessing from the 4 gods are known as no technique people their color is white. And lastly, black is the symbol of the calamity god which spells disaster. In the first place, within the no skill shrine there lies a black statue of the calamity god, the person standing there seem to transmitted part of the statue's image.
Zeshald took a step forward while invoking his power that dwells within him in order to protect Sun as he looked towards the black person without letting his guard down.
"Hey you, who are you?" (Zeshald)
I (Yusuke) was wondering how I would answer his question, as the girl who I saw just now was hiding behind this elderly man who is currently questioning me while in a state of vigilance. He seems to be giving out an aura of hostility, it seems to be difficult to clearly say I meant no harm. It might have be a misunderstanding caused by the girl. So I decided to try and convey to him that I was not a suspicious person.
"Erm, I am Tagami Yusuke. I am a Japanese person. Erm ... ... do you understand what I am saying?"
(Yusuke)
"O yes, I understand what you are saying. Tagami Yusuke ... ... so that's your name? Japanese is that your tribe?" (Zeshald)
I saw a floating Question Mark above him while speaking to him in common language, but the priority is to communicate with him smoothly. So I explained to him that Japan is a country, the language that I was speaking is known as Japanese to me, and a series of strange event that happened to me.
So I begin explaining what happened, I started from the part when I heard a "voice" and awoken in a place where I do not recognized. Normally when people hear my absurd story they will think that I was delusional, but for some reason Zeshald was able to laughed it off.
Tagami Yusuke - appeared from the shrine of the no skills, and accepted that he was recognized as a evil god / calamity god. And also to accept that someone from another world summoned him here.
"That's a interesting Story, However, ... ... the evil god is" (Zeshald)
"Ah, I am a normal human being" (Yusuke)
"nn? It seems that the evil god have been summoned today"(Zeshald)
"No, I have been saying ... ... the voice had said it, but I am just a normal human being"(Yusuke)
While I was speaking with Zeshald, Sun was hiding behind Zeshald the whole time.
"So, my lord I wonder if you will be worthy to bring forth disaster to this world?" (Zerald)
"Rather than that I am currently in a state of a disaster." (Yusuke)
After listening to a certain extend of my current situation, Zeshald judged that I wasn't a dangerous person, and decide to take me back to Rufuku Village. Even though Sun was shaking her head to reject his proposal, Zeshald said "He is okay" and ask her to head back to the village first.
While walking back to the village on the road, both of us started questioning and replying each other, on why I was being called a false god / God of calamity, why I did not feel like myself, and whether there is any elements of this world which could create calamities.
"I believed that a incurable disease, which is contagious would be a calamity/disaster." (Zeshald)
"You are quite healthy" (Yusuke)
In the first place I wasn't a very sociable person, surprisingly I was able to keep up a dialogue with Zerald for a period of a time, it seems like to him I was like a rare research subject. As an elderly I find him easy to talk with, as he gives off a sense of security.
I appeared being shaken up due to being thrown into a strange land alone, asI was showing that I was coping and had calm down, even though Zeshald was speaking in a friendly manner, he seems to stay vigilance and carefully observed my surroundings. It seems that the conclusion in which I came from a different world was still pending.
"But that outfit ... ... somehow feels alittle weird" (Zeshald)
It seems that the offering clothes that I was wearing lament how the ancient people dressed. If you look at Zeshald's clothes, he is wearing a pair of green mixed with welfare-like muddy wavy trousers, a pair of brown boots, a comfortable looking white shirt with a mantle-like jacket.
It seems to give out a medieval noble like atmosphere from the west, but it's really "normal-looking".
It felt embarrassing while I pretended to walk like the ancient people whom their steps seem to float.
"Could I at least have a normal trousers and shirt--" (Yusuke)
I suddenly came to a halt while speaking about my clothes. It seems that Zerald who was walking 2~3 steps infront of me became of aware of it and look back at me. Due to me coming to a halt and standing aghast, Zeshald seemed to deepened his wariness.
"What's the problem?" (Zeshald)
"I, definitely am dreaming right...."(Yusuke)
"Hoho, that means that I am one of the residents within your dreams right?"(Zeshald)
I was dumbfounded by Zeshald's response in a form of a joke to my words, and I was stunned by something which appeared. To be exact "An image appeared floating infront of my eyes". A familiar simple layout menu with a wired framed was reflected in my eyes.
This mysterious command seems to be a special element of a game which I had played recently, " Item Customization Creation System", this was what the menu screen was called.
Within the customization menu columns of text, the clothes which i am currently wearing appeared to be swirling around in a form of a 3D model.
And I recalled the first thing that happened to me.
"O so! It's the sound of the chime, when a customizable item is in my hands!"
As I understood what just happened while holding out my hand, Zeshald was standing there tilting his head puzzled.
"Hmmm... ...., I do not understand half of what you are saying... ..., Did you just remembered something?" (Zeshald)
"Oh, wait a minute"(Yusuke)
While Zeshald was looking puzzled on the other side of the screen, I begin to manipulate the items in the menu which was floating in front of me.
From colors and shape of the clothes, I could even change the length of it, there is even a slider which allows me to set the parameters of efficiency/ability. I begin to tamper each and every component settings. It seems like it have the same specifications like the game.
"There doesn't seem to be any customization points, does that means it is unlimited changes... ....? Seems a little cheaty"(Yusuke)
Looking at my eyes moving around without a focus point, muttering unknown words while my fingers are wandering around the empty spaces, all seems to eerie while looking from the side. However, Zeshald felt that somehow I was invoking some sort of divine art due to a strange force similar to the divine arts.
"... ... what are you having in mind, Tagami Yusuke"(Zeshald)
Since the offering clothes have enough cloth on it, I am able to create it into a shirt and a pair of trousers, and adjust it to my size. Within the game it is possible for a player to buy customize character clothing from a NPC shop.
Incidentally I also made some underwear. I made it to be in a comfortable and undroppable position.
"Alright, seems fine like that. .... .... time for a trial"(Yusuke)
While being engrossed by the game like customize screen, everything that felt like an illusion, the fear and hesitation have disappeared in a moment, nothing will start/happen if I myself do not try to do anything, thus I continued to press on the customizing buttons of the item menu.
A gentle light effect began to engulf me.
"!"
"What's going on Mister ... ...!" (Zeshald)
The offering clothes turned into a grey shirt, a black-like trousers and a deep blue brief style like underwear.
"Kyaaaaaaaa!" (Sun)
A girl's shriek resounded across a distance at the same when the light effect began to engulf me. Sun covered her faced with both her hands in shyness, as she run away while her white hair flutters along.
Sun who was worried about Zeshald came back to check on us, saw a symbol of the "false/calamity god" appeared within the light.
"Oh......"
"And there she run away screaming again", I sighed deeply while standing in the middle of a country road surrounded by a rich nature. Stark Naked.
"I get it, because I am trying to customized the clothes that I was wearing, so it actually did this. Hahaha ... ..." (Yusuke)
While spilling a dry laugh, I begin picking up and wearing the clothes that were scattered on the ground, Zeshald on the other hand begin to ask me about the phenomenon which appeared like a divine art which I performed a moment ago. ... ... For the time being we will deal with sun after we reach the village.
"What was that just now? I felt the power of a divine art, I have never ever come across or heard about this mysterious technique which could tailor/create clothes in an instant?"(Zeshald)
"Divine art?"(Yusuke)
As I tilted my neck, Zeshald have deepen his conviction that I was not of this world, for the time being as we were walking towards the village he begin explaining the common sense of this world, and he considered to hear my detail story after I settle down in the village.
"Yes, where should I begin to teach you from."(Zeshald)
